Will you answer God’s call?

by | The End Times

Warn them whether they listen or not

“You are to speak my words to them,
whether they listen or not,
for they are very rebellious.” Ezekiel 2:7

We are living in the last days and Adonai is calling up His chosen set-apart ones to get on the wall and warn all to turn from their wicked ways. It’s the LAST CALL!!! He is about to shut down the parties, the music is about to stop; will you have a chair when the music stops?

If you are not familiar with that childhood game called musical chairs, let me explain. The chairs are in a circle and there is enough chairs for everyone except one person. You walk around in a circle around the chairs and when the music stops everyone scrambles to have a chair. The one left without a chair is out of the game. Each time a chair is removed until it comes down to two people and one chair. One person wins the whole game.

In the end-times we are living in, there are billions of people and a small remnant of chairs. This remnant of chairs will be for the ones who will spend eternity with Jesus. Will you have a chair? Will you answer the call from Adonai to warn others so they will have one?

This is a simple analogy of the narrow gate scriptures.

“Go in through the narrow gate; for the gate that leads to destruction is wide and the road broad, and many travel it; but it is a narrow gate and a hard road that leads to life, and only a few find it.” Matthew 7:13-14

Don’t shoot the messenger

They are just saying what Adonai tells them to say to warn you. If you are one of His messengers, expect persecution for warning others but remember you don’t need to fear; He goes before you and is with you. Adonai warns His messengers that the people are rebellious and will not listen to what they say, but warn them anyway. There is always a remnant that will hear and turn. Even if just one person hears and turns, that one soul is worth the persecution to reach them so that they are saved and get to spend eternity with Jesus.

Adonai encourages us here: “As for you, human being, don’t be afraid of them or their words, even if briars and thorns surround you, and you sit among scorpions. Don’t be afraid of their words or be upset by their looks, for they are a rebellious house.” Ezekiel 2:6

He chose you! Will you get on the wall?

Don’t be afraid. Don’t be surprised. And don’t believe the enemy’s lies that you are not qualified to warn others. It’s written in scripture that in following Him wholeheartedly you will lose people in your life that you thought were your friends; this is when you find out they weren’t. Even your family members will turn on you. All of these hurtful realizations are God’s way of protecting you. He is setting you apart from them and the rest of the world. He wants to spend eternity with you, but there are still souls to be saved and He needs to know if you will help.

He calls His chosen set apart ones to warn, then explains what to do and will happen if you don’t.

“Human being, I have appointed you to be a watchman for the house of Isra’el. When you hear a word from my mouth, you are to warn them for me.
If I say to a wicked person, ‘You will certainly die’; and you fail to warn him, to speak and warn the wicked person to leave his wicked way and save his life; then that wicked person will die guilty; and I will hold you responsible for his death.
On the other hand, if you warn the wicked person, and he doesn’t turn from his wickedness or his wicked way, then he will still die guilty; but you will have saved your own life.
Similarly, when a righteous person turns away from his righteousness and commits wickedness, I will place a stumbling block before him—he will die; because you failed to warn him, he will die in his sin; his righteous acts which he did will not be remembered; and I will hold you responsible for his death.
But if you warn the righteous person that a righteous person should not sin, and he doesn’t sin; then he will certainly live, because he took the warning; and you too will have saved your life.” Ezekiel 3:17-21

No need to stress here. Adonai is with you and tell you exactly what to do. Repent and follows Him. He knows your heart. The ones that need to be concerned are the ones that ignore Him.

Will you answer His call?

Will you obey Him, step out of the boat and do what He tells you to do? Will you warn the people for Him? It is very scary to step out in faith knowing that you are going to lose everything you cared about and be persecuted for your faith. Expect even “Christians” to turn against your bold faith. No one wants to feel convicted of their sins anymore, they want their ears tickled with lies (2Timothy 4:3), this includes many church goers.

Let Peter be an example for you. When he stepped out in faith and walked across the water to Jesus, He was scared too; keep your eyes on Jesus. Don’t look to the left or the right; eyes on Jesus only. Cling to His hand and follow Him. He is with you!

He will equip you.

You don’t have to be a Bible college graduate to warn the people. All you need is to obey and follow Him in all ways. He will tell you what to say.

“He said to me, “Human being! Stand up! I want to speak with you!” As he spoke to me, a spirit entered me and put me on my feet, and I heard him who was speaking to me.”
“Because they are defiant, hardhearted children, I am sending you; and you are to tell them, ‘Here is what Adonai Elohim says.’” Ezekiel 2:1-2,4

”for the Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what you should say.” Luke 12:12

Be His vessel and allow Him to speak through you. It’s not about you! It’s about Him using you to speak to His people.

Be aware

When Adonai says speak to the “house of Israel” in the First Testament, this is not just for the Jews. Did you know that “His people” consisted of Jews, and Gentiles? In the First Testament they were called sojourners or foreigners that followed His ways. There was always a remnant of them with the Jews. Anyone who followed Adonai came under His umbrella of protection and were included in “Israel” = His people. So today, He is calling His chosen set-apart ones to warn all people, whether they listen or not. He even warns us that they wouldn’t listen to Him, so don’t expect them to listen to you. Warn them and move on.

“But the house of Isra’el will not be willing to listen to you, because they aren’t willing to listen to me; since all the house of Isra’el are obstinate and hardhearted. However, I am making you as defiant and obstinate as they are. Yes, I am making your resoluteness harder than flint, as hard as a diamond. So don’t be afraid of them or depressed by how they look at you, because they are a rebellious house.” Then he said to me, “Human being, receive in your heart and hear with your ears all my words that I speak to you.” Ezekiel 3:7-10

“So tell them all this; but they won’t listen to you; likewise, call to them; but they won’t answer you.” Jeremiah 7:27

“Do not give dogs what is holy, and do not throw your pearls before pigs, lest they trample them underfoot and turn to attack you.” Matthew 7:6

“And if anyone will not receive you or listen to your words, shake off the dust from your feet when you leave that house or town.” Matthew 10:14

He makes it clear. Warn them, and move on. Some will listen; most will not. You are not responsible for the outcome; you are responsible for obeying Him and warning them – letting Him speak through you.

In closing,

it should be clear now where we are in the season of Jesus’ return, and what Adonai needs us to do before that moment the trumpet sounds. You are equipped and He is with you.

Let’s make sure your heart is right with the Lord so that you can enjoy getting to know Him and fulfilling the assignment He has for you. Don’t complicate the process for salvation. Keep it simple. Whether you have prayed this before, rededicate your life today and go “all in” with Him. It’s time to get on that wall and warn!

Do the ABC’s and repent today.

  • A: Admit that you are a sinner. (Romans 3:23, Isaiah 64:6, Ephesians 2:8-9)
  • B: Believe in your heart that Jesus is the son of God and that He died for your sins and rose from the dead for you. (John 3:16-18, 1Corinthians 15:1-4)
  • C: Call on Jesus and repent of your sins and turn back to Him and ask Jesus to show you the way. (Romans 10:9-13, John 14:6)

May God bless you and keep you.

“Put everything to the test.
Hold on to what is good.”
1 Thessalonians 5:21
