Who is Daisy Hawkins?

Daisy is a flawed human that loves worshipping and sharing her Savior Jesus who forgave her of all her sins, healed her, and made her whole again after many many years of carrying shame, and guilt buried by a life-time of insecurity.
She is now committed to following God in ALL His ways and teaching others how to find the peace, hope, love, and joy that only comes through
a relationship with Jesus, God, and His Holy Spirit.

Daisy was born and raised in Alabama. She grew up attending church, and at the age of five, she gave her heart to Jesus, and was water baptized. At the age of 14, Jesus filled her with His Holy Spirit and blessed her with His prayer language, setting her on a whole new path to find her purpose for which He created her.

Growing up in church does not mean that her faith journey has been a smooth one, in fact, it is through a combination of many painful life lessons, trials, and faith-stretching moments that her testimony continues to grow and shape her. These experiences allow her to empathize and relate with women in many similar walks of life.

In recent years, God has revealed to Daisy that she was not taught His “whole” truth. He pointed out that she was taught partial truths from His Word, and also un-truths.
Through this revelation, God has invited her to follow ONLY Him as He teaches her how to discern between His truth and the enemy’s deception, while also blessing her with deeper discernment as she continues to trust Him in all ways. It is on this narrow path with Jesus, that Daisy has found true hope and peace while walking hand-in-hand with Jesus.

Since her birth, God has also blessed Daisy with the gift of encouragement, and she wholeheartedly wants everyone to experience what it’s like to feel the joy of being known and loved by Adonai, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

Having the gift of encouragement doesn’t mean life is easy; it is quite the opposite. People mistakenly believe that Encouragers are always happy and have a perfect life; not true. When Encouragers are going through a personal valley, most people will never know it. Those who don’t have this gift, don’t know how to encourage an Encourager when they have a moment of sadness, so we must turn to God for our sole comfort and healing. Before, during, and after our personal painful moments, God is still using us to encourage, so it can seem that we never have a bad day. What you won’t see, is that while an Encourager is pouring into you to lift you up, that person could be walking through a deep valley with God at the same time.

What makes an Encourager an authority on encouraging?
Believe it or not, Encouragers live in the real world; we are human also, and experience all the same pains and trials that you do. It is through our countless mistakes, pain, brokenness, and humbleness, that an Encourager can be effective to help others. Having the ability to always look for the positives in the negatives does not mean we have lost touch with reality, it means that God has given us that specific gift to help encourage you through your pain, regardless of our own pain, and thus lead you back to Him. It is because of our unshakable faith to encourage others while we walk “through” our own personal valleys of faith testing, that He rewards us for trusting Him by continuing to bless us with His comfort, hope, and peace,
that only He can give.”

Fun fact:
Most Encouragers are introverts that God sends out when it’s time to encourage someone.

If an Encourager looks like an extrovert, it doesn’t mean she is one. She is doing the will of her Father, and He gives her the strength and boldness
to do His bidding.

God led Daisy to create this ministry avenue to spread His whole Truth and to show you that He is a good good Father that has lots of gifts for you in His Word.

Chosen & Crowned is safe place for the broken and humbled to find peace and purpose through allowing God to heal them from the inside out. A community where you will learn how to rest in the Father’s arms and let Him carry you through your pain.

Through “whole Bible” studying you will discover that our Heavenly Father is not a mean God, on the contrary, He is a loving, merciful, gracious, and patient God. His Word is “living” and it brings lasting life, joy, peace, and hope to those who believe and trust in the Father and His Word.

“Looking to the world for ways to ease your anxiety and pain,
is telling God, Jesus, and His Holy Spirit that they are not enough.” Daisy

Pause and consider what you are doing right now in your life.
Ask yourself these two questions:
1. Is what you are doing bringing you closer to Jesus?
2. Is what you are doing leading you away from Jesus?

Ask yourself these two questions about everyone and everything in your life. If what you are focused on is not bringing you closer to Jesus, LET IT GO!!!

Repent, and turn back to Jesus today. He is calling you.

Daisy is a widow, mother, and grandmother.
She graduated with honors in Ministry Leadership, is a Certified Ordained Minister,
an instructor at The Lovelady Center, and
an author under the pen name:
Grace Reacher.

Since graduating college in her 50s, God has led Daisy away from listening to what the “world” says He says, as He directs her to follow Him as He leads her through His Word to see firsthand what God says to His people.  (1 John 2:27, Jeremiah 33:3) For the first time in her life, Daisy is enjoying repeatedly studying the entire Holy Bible cover to cover, Genesis to Revelation, and allowing the Holy Spirit to teach her His truth. Her life has been transformed through this experience as she has discovered the depth of God’s love for her.

God is leading Daisy towards a deeper, personal relationship with Him while learning whole-Holy Bible truth, and directing her to help you do the same. Daisy enjoys spending hours digging deep into His Word, and then sharing what He teaches and reveals to her. Daisy’s heart is to encourage others while spreading Jesus’ love and truth; wanting all to learn how to experience a personal relationship with God, Jesus, and His Holy Spirit.

From her experiences in life, Daisy coined the phrase:
Flawfull = full of flaws, but fully forgiven.
Then choosing to wholeheartedly focus on following Jesus

Daisy believes that we never graduate from the Holy Spirit’s teaching and training.
As her Grannie used to say,
“we are ever learning til we die,
then we rest with Jesus.”

Our Mission

To help you find healing and freedom
through a personal relationship with
God, Jesus, and His Holy Spirit

God chooses the imperfect, broken, and humbled to serve Him. These ones have chosen to have child-like faith, and are hungry to go deeper with God and allow the Holy Spirit to teach them all things.
